Ballots are being mailed on Monday, 5/10/21. Please read the instructions that come with your ballot package to ensure that your vote is not spoiled. If you have any questions, contact the Hall.
Replacement Ballot Instructions
If a replacement ballot is needed, members will need to email Stephanie Sconyers at email@example.com by May 19th 4:00 pm requesting a new ballot. If the email address requesting a replacement ballot does not match the email address on file with the Hall for the member making the request, Stephanie will contact the member to verify the members identity.
The new ballot return envelope will be marked as duplicate. If 2 ballots are returned by the same voter, the returned envelope marked as duplicate will be the ballot counted.
