Jon has been an IBEW Local 204 member since 1998. Jon was a Gas Mechanic Welder, Gas Department Foreman and Gas Blue Hat with Alliant Energy. He was a steward for 20 years and served on the E-Board for 15 years. Jon came into the office as an Asssistant Business Manager in 2018 and recently was elected as the Business Manager/Financial Secretary of Local 204 in 2021.

Adam has been an IBEW Local 204 member since 2009. Adam was a Corrosion Technician, Welder and Foreman for Black Hills Energy from 2008 - 2020. Adam was a steward for Black Hills Energy and was on the E-Board prior to coming into the office as an Assistant Business Manager in November 2020.

Sarah started with IBEW Local 204 in August 2021 as the Assistant Business Manager. Prior to coming to Local 204, Sarah worked for Chariton Valley Electric Cooperative from 2004 - 2008 and IBEW Local 499 from 2008 - 2021. Sarah was the Recording Secretary at Local 499 from 2014 - 2021 and is the 11th District Women's Committee Representative for the IBEW from 2018 to present.

Pat is a Line Foreman with ULCS and is a 14-year member of Local 204. Prior to joining Local 204, Pat was with Local 55 for 15 years. Pat lives in Robins, IA with his wife. They have two children and a dog. In his free time, Pat enjoys hanging out with friends, grilling and watching Iowa sports.

Sheila has been with IBEW Local 204 for 14 years. Sheila worked in the GIS department from 2000 - 2001 as a contractor and was hired on permanently from 2001 - 2006. Sheila left the GIS department to work at DSO (dispatch center) in 2007 and is still currently there as a Resource Coordinator.

Corey has been an IBEW Local 204 member for 15 years and is the senior chief steward in northeast Iowa and is a Journeyman Lineman for Alliant Energy. He was at Dubuque operations from 2006 - 2008 and then went to the Dubuque T-Crew from 2008 - 2010. From 2010 - 2012 he worked out of Dyersville operations but when the shop closed he went back to Dubuque operations. Corey has been a member of the American Legion for over 20 years and just retired from the volunteer fire department with over 20 years of service. He is a city council member and likes to help coach his daughters softball teams.

Senica has been a member of IBEW Local 204 for 13 years and is a Line Foreman for Alliant Energy and works out of Cedar Rapids operations. Senica started at Alliant Energy in 2007 after coming from a neighboring utility. He enjoys pursuing his education with the IBEW and helping to make our members' voices heard. He lives in Marion with his wife and three children. Senica enjoys being on the E-Board to help guide the direction of the local.
