Jon has been an IBEW Local 204 member since 1998. Jon was a Gas Mechanic Welder, Gas Department Foreman and Gas Blue Hat with Alliant Energy. He was a steward for 20 years and served on the E-Board for 15 years. Jon came into the office as an Asssistant Business Manager in 2018 and recently was elected as the Business Manager/Financial Secretary of Local 204 in 2021.

Adam has been an IBEW Local 204 member since 2009. Adam was a Corrosion Technician, Welder and Foreman for Black Hills Energy from 2008 - 2020. Adam was a steward for Black Hills Energy and was on the E-Board prior to coming into the office as an Assistant Business Manager in November 2020.

Jeff has been an IBEW Local 204 member for 12 years. He was in Mechanical Maintenance at Prairie Creek power plant. Jeff has served as Local 204's Vice President and, more recently, President.

Katie started at the Local 204 Office in February 2023. She is a previous business owner, with a long-standing finance and administration work history. When Katie is not at work she will be found with her Husband and two children, if the weather is nice, they are likely outdoors, camping, boating, riding or racing dirtbike/atv's. In winter her family is inside, warm with the family dogs. Katie looks forward to a long career at Local 204, serving our members, and supporting the EBoard and Office Team.

Pat is a Line Foreman with ULCS and is a 14-year member of Local 204. Prior to joining Local 204, Pat was with Local 55 for 15 years. Pat lives in Robins, IA with his wife. They have two children and a dog. In his free time, Pat enjoys hanging out with friends, grilling and watching Iowa sports.

Sheila has been with IBEW Local 204 for 14 years. Sheila worked in the GIS department from 2000 - 2001 as a contractor and was hired on permanently from 2001 - 2006. Sheila left the GIS department to work at DSO (dispatch center) in 2007 and is still currently there as a Resource Coordinator.

Tyler has been an IBEW Local 204 member for 6 years and is a Line Foreman for Alliant Energy. He started with Alliant Energy in 2014 and has been a Foreman since 2017. Tyler was elected to the E-Board in 2021.

Corey has been an IBEW Local 204 member for 15 years and is the senior chief steward in northeast Iowa and is a Journeyman Lineman for Alliant Energy. He was at Dubuque operations from 2006 - 2008 and then went to the Dubuque T-Crew from 2008 - 2010. From 2010 - 2012 he worked out of Dyersville operations but when the shop closed he went back to Dubuque operations. Corey has been a member of the American Legion for over 20 years and just retired from the volunteer fire department with over 20 years of service. He is a city council member and likes to help coach his daughters softball teams.

Josh has been an IBEW Local 204 member since 1997 and is a Line Foreman with ITC/ULCS. Prior Josh worked for Alliant Energy for 11 years as a Journeyman Lineman and has been with ITC/ULCS for 13 years. Josh has been an IBEW Local 204 steward since 2004. He is married with 2 children.

Senica has been a member of IBEW Local 204 for 13 years and is a Line Foreman for Alliant Energy and works out of Cedar Rapids operations. Senica started at Alliant Energy in 2007 after coming from a neighboring utility. He enjoys pursuing his education with the IBEW and helping to make our members' voices heard. He lives in Marion with his wife and three children. Senica enjoys being on the E-Board to help guide the direction of the local.

Jim is an Operations Technician for Black Hills Energy out of Council Bluffs, IA and has been with Local 204 for 16 years. Jim is also a Steward for his area. Prior to being an Operations Technician, Jim was a Service Technician.
